Prudential center in newark nj seating question?

so i just bought these katy perry tickets for her concert at the prudential center in newark, i was curious to know if my section will be seating or standing. i'm in the floor section, section f row 15. the stage set up is end stage if that makes a difference. i've never been there so i was just curious if the whole floor section is standing or not.

oh and sorry for the category, i wasn't exactly sure where to put it and i figured new york is right next store.|||You have a nice floor seat. If everyone stands in front of you, you will probably have to stand to see the stage.|||They are seats on the floor section.

Im learning about the fetch execute cycle in computing and want to know if anyone can help me?

1. "Fetch the instruction" from memory.

2. "Decode" the instruction.

3. "Read the effective address" from memory if the instruction has an indirect address.

4. "Execute" the instruction. From the instruction register, the data forming the instruction is decoded by the control unit. It then passes the decoded information as a sequence of control signals to the relevant function units of the CPU to perform the actions required by the instruction such as reading values from registers, passing them to the Arithmetic logic unit (ALU) to add them together and writing the result back to a register. A condition signal is sent back to the control unit by the ALU if it is involved.

5. "Store" in memory any results generated by the operation, or send the results to an output device. The PC is either incremented to address the next instruction or updated to a different address where the next instruction will be fetched.

Can anyone help explain stages 3 and 4 in simple terms?

Thanks|||3. The memory is outside the registers but within the controlled/restricted memory space of the program whether it be accessed via the stack pointer in the stack register or through the heap.

4. Is just letting you know it is running the decoded microcode associated with whatever command you are running and the return values are being stored in the registers for future reference to those stored values or values pointed to from these registers.|||In step 3, the memory address is read.

The address may be explicitly stated (e.g. "Memory address FF34A") or it may be indirectly stated. (Memory address "FF34A plus 2 bytes, which is FF34C") This is often used in arrays, where the first element of the array is listed in memory and each subsequent element is an offset from that memory address.

In step 4, the instruction is executed.

Depending on what kind of instruction it is has a large effect on how the processor handles it. It might be an instruction that says "Write this data in this memory spot." It might be told to perform some kind of arithmetic action (The ALU compares two registers and puts the result in a special "result register")

If the ALU got used (any instruction that requires actual computation and not just juggling data around) it will send back the result as well as a condition signal. The condition signal just says either "everything went fine" or "something went wrong when we tried to perform this action"

Hope this helps.|||3. Instructions often consist of an operator like ADD or CMP plus a memory address from which data is to be used or stored in. Memory addresses aren't always absolute, they can be relative to the program counter or they can be intended to be combined with other register values in some way. The effective address is the memory address that results.

4. This just says that the circuitry is used to perform whatever action is required on the data then the data is written back to a register.

  • So bored with my same wardrobe? What can I do to spice it up?

I'm 16 years old and an upcoming Junior. I have gone through many stages in fashion and I guess throughout it all, my biggest thing is trying to be unique. But I don't know how to be. The thing is my family doesn't have much money and I have a budget of only $200 to go shopping. That will barely get me anything. The shoes that I want are $75 and with jeans, shirts, etc. there's just no way I can get anything cool. And I barely have any accessories to make it look better. I tend to go for more of a punk look because I feel like it makes me look older, I like that kind of music, and it really shows off me as a person. I just have no idea how I can go upon making this amazing appearance on the first day of school with such a low budget. Any ideas? Suggestions of stores? Thanks so much. |||img!! get one of her:

How is the life of stripping?

stories? im not butt ugly, and enjoy dancing and wanna grow some balls and get up on stage and pretend imma badass naked michael jackson! ive never even been to a strip club, i just think ' think" im usually wrong ) that i could strike it richer than working at agrocery store showing some moves? is it sad? i mean ive heard girls in my town zone out and look miserable, shouldnt strilpping, ( iwouldnt wnna go all the way) fun? after a few drinks maybe? i would be opposed to touching!|||Some girls are great at it, they're true performers who know how to work that role. Even just talking with the customers you're performing, because you are trying to sell them a fantasy. You can't let it show that you feel disgusted when they talk to you about certain violent/disgusting things they like. Or when they are the (married) father of one of your friends.

Most places will not allow you to drink or use drugs while working. You have to make a certain amount each night, like you keep whatever you make over $220. A woman doesn't have to have the stereotypical stripper look, they actually want to hire a variety of women because guys have different sexual preferences- small, big, young, old, dominant, sweet, and everything inbetween. So that girl who you think shouldn't be a stripper might actually make a buttload of money every night off the guys who prefer her particular look. Some guys want the woman with nice feet, or is wearing leather, and doesn't care about the rest of her look.

As far as touching, during a lap dance they can only put their hands on your waist. Some places are full nudity, some places you only go topless optionally, only if you want to. There's lots of bouncers usually who will keep an eye out if a guy gets too rough. You will have to grind in their lap. Sometimes they smell like they threw up on themselves. Pole dancing is a bit easier, but the point of that is to attract potential customers for lap dances, cuz those make you more money. Strip clubs look like a lot of fun when you're the customer, just drinking and having fun with your friends. But it's totally different when you are the performer. So these are just the facts. Hope this helps you make your decision!

I want to sell my business. Is it too soon?

I just started a business in September. It is an Ebay consignment shop.

Business is going pretty well for such an early stage. My store is located at probably the best place it could be in my town, the downtown area. Most of the business I get is from people who drove or walked by and saw my sign. The rent is about 1/2 of what anyone else is paying in this area plus it's about 3x the size I need now!

I work completely by myself. The place could use a few improvements to make things look and work better. Having just 1 other employee would help tremendously.

I have put together an excellent business with great location, standing, awareness, management and selling style.

I started this with a very small investment. It seems like I didn't think about the economics clearly. While I do have money coming in, I haven't made money yet, so I have no income!!

I would love to sell the business because I'm sure with just a little more investment, things would be doing much better.|||The business is to young. If you need money to expand think of a partner or financier.

A finansier is the safest, but they will be looking for a business or marketing plan that will turn the business around as well as surety.

Partnerships can be mutually bennefitial, but make sure about your parner. Think it through.

Choosing a business partner is something you want to put a great deal of thought into. Like anything else, having a business partner has an upside and a downside. So before you sign those partnership papers and head out for a celebratory drink, you want to make sure you鈥檝e chosen the right one for your the business. Here are some questions to guide you in making your decision.

Are you compatible? Being great golfing buddies does not mean that the two of you will get along well as business partners. You want to be comfortable with your partner and enjoy being around them. Still, in most cases, a too-close friendship is not advised.

Being extremely close friends with you business partner can keep you from challenging them or offering constructive criticism. This might inhibit your partner also. This can cause resentments to flair up between you that are difficult, if not impossible, to resolve. So when choosing your business partner, make sure the person is someone you鈥檒l enjoy being with, but remember that your business must take priority over feelings and friendship.

Do you share the same values? A business partner should share your business values. You may not approach business or your work in the same manner, but when it comes to the big picture, like how to grow the business and what the goals of your business are, your partner should be in agreement.

Sharing the same values with your partner gives both your partnership and the business a better shot at success and greater productivity.

Is the person鈥檚 personal life stable?

Knowing this is important because too often personal dramas have a way of spilling over into a person鈥檚 work life. While everyone will go through times when this cannot be helped, a person whose life is a high drama all the time can be a drain on you, rather than a help. The whole purpose of having a partner is to have someone to share the load. If your business partner is something of a drama king or queen, it鈥檚 likely they鈥檒l be unable to give the business the attention and dedication it needs to be successful.

Do you have a common vision?

Where your business is concerned, the two of you need to have the same goals and beliefs about what your home based business is about, where you want it to go, and how you want it to get there. Agreeing on these fundamentals can make or break a home based business. While differences of opinion are always going to occur and can even be good in that they may open your eyes to new, better ways of doing things, agreement on the fundamentals is vital to ensuring the business will succeed.

What skills and abilities will the person bring to the business? This should be a lot more than just wanting to have his/her own business, just like you do. And it鈥檚 usually better when the partner has a totally different skills and talents than you have. If both of you are only interested and capable of doing the exact, same tasks, then the business will not be a well-rounded one. This can also cause jealousy down the road when one of you, perhaps, gets more recognition than the other. Good business partners have abilities that complement each other鈥攎uch like they do in a good marriage!|||I am not a business advisor, although I am a business owner.

It is going to be hard to sale a business that is not yet profitable.

Everything you state about the business sounds great, and it might sale, but not for nearly the amount if you were well established.

The value of your business appreciates as you gain customers and your profit potential increases.

My answer would have to be no, do not sale the business yet, as if this is true that it will be profitable, its current market value could be 100-fold when it surpasses its break-even point.

It takes at least two years for a business to be well established, on average.

In China, they plan about a 7 year break-even analysis, and invest so that they can lose money for seven years.

What is a high street store? And where can I find.....?

I was told to go to a high street store to find something to wear for an overweight woman to sons graduation! What are some examples of a high street store? I live in Omaha, Nebraska. Also was told to try SPANX. Where can I find them besides ordering online??? Help, graduation is in 2 weeks!!! Also something not extremely expensive would be good, I'm trying to give most money to son, not on clothes, but yet wanna look good too cuz I have to walk across stage w/ him!! Don't want him (or me) to be embarrased of overweight mom!!|||"high street" is a term meaning main street or main thoroughfare of a town or city...this term is more commonly used in the u.k....

How do you deal with a different range of ages when...?

... they're all at different stages of life on a professional level?

im a store manager at an outlet store in berkeley. i manage a 52 yr old, 32 yr old, 24 yr old, 22 yr old and 20 yr old (all of which are females). im going on 22 this dec.|||I have some experience with this... The best thing you can do is 1 BE YOURSELF... what ever age you are, be it and don't apologize for it... the 52 yr old may have times when they want to treat you like you are younger and know less...

Don't, you were put in charge for a reason... always be kind, and try to be nice... but stay THE BOSS. Don't let yourself ask for or actually even take advice; or they can get to feel like the 2 of you are manager:)

2nd. Don't be friends with any of them. BE FRIENDLY!!! But keep it professional. The people closer to your age, you may have an easier time relating to them or understanding them, and they may be people you could be great friends with. But you can't let yourself be chummy with some and not others. If you let it get to a "buddy" point, it's real easy for people to take advantage of the situation without even realizing they are doing it. "Can I have that day off? It's better for me..." or "Oh, I'm just gonna be a few mins late ___ won't care they're cool"

You gotta stay a little detached and keep everyone equal, from experience that's what I found.|||expect alot of mistakes and gossip........ good luck my advice is be more lenient|||I guess one would have to put aside the exterior age illusion...because I found on mmorpgs' that age barriers can be dropped when it's just dialog in a box...if you dont know how old a person is then you can't judge them so you just talk to them like you would anyone else....being jaded might have something to do w/ it...its not just our age but our experience and what we've been taught that comes into play...good luck...shout out from Fairfield btw heh...|||You learn to value their diversity. Although you are the manager, the older co-workers have a lot of experience. Don't be afraid to call upon it if you need help or advise with something. The younger co-workers should have respect for you, but that doesn't come from bullying them. The 32 year old is the toughest. Treat her with respect. She can be your best ally or your biggest nightmare. You are their manager, not their friend. Just be the best manager you can be.|||Just teat them all with respect and that's the way they will treat you! And always say"Would you please ..."or or "would you be willing" even when giving an order (they will know that) saying thank you and praising good work, too. You'll do fine!|||They are all individuals - and should be treated as such. The 52 year old may have more "life experience" - but then again - maybe not. As a manager it's your job to note all their strengths and weaknesses (which has nothing to do with age) and work with them to further excel in their strong areas - and improve in their week areas.

And employee's age really has nothing to do with their performance - and if you think it does - you are discriminating. If any of the older people have trouble reporting to you because you are only 22 - set them straight. You are the manager - and they are your staff.

Good luck!|||i would not study the ages of your staff.. i would study their skills and their energy, knowledge of their job,
