When u buy the clubhouse on playstation home does the tv work thats in there?

when you go in to the clubhouse where u buy from playstation store once ur on home beta. when u go to the club house their is a big tv screen behind the stage.does it work or will it work?|||I'm pretty sure it will eventually. they don't have a lot of stuff on there right now like picture frames. maybe you can use a picture frame for videos too. I'm having trouble inviting people to my club. It tells me that the member status is invalid. can you help me?
