I have a fairly new web site and I have noticed by looking at the site statistics that I have pretty good traffic already but that visitors are leaving at the shopping cart stage. I was hoping some of you could go to the site, place a bogus order right up to the final point before paying. Then let me know what's wrong that's causing customers to leave the shopping cart in droves. The site is http://www.carnivalcrafts.com Click on "WAREHOUSE" for the store section. Thanks.|||Maybe they are clicking on continue shopping and then cannot find the Go to Shopping Cart link. Make that link into a button. And somewhere obvious. Use Amazon as a reference.
Not easily finding this link would frustrate me enough to leave the site.
