Hoarder Alert! How do I start getting rid of some of the useless garbage I keep saving?

For the last 15 years, I bet I have all the receipts for all the bills I've paid, the receipts for everything I've bought in the stores, boxes and boxes of paperwork that I have absolutely no use for, but month after month I still keep collecting everything. This is getting beyond the ridiculous stage, I need to stop!

Give me some words of wisdom, please.Hoarder Alert! How do I start getting rid of some of the useless garbage I keep saving?
Nothing over 4-5 years ago is worth saving. Look at it as what is it good for. Nothing. have a bon fire or something.
If it's a bill u paid 15 years ago you don't need it anymore throw it away before the roaches and rats cone they are attracted to paper. If the ink is no longer visible toss it. If there's holes or rips in it toss it start there!Hoarder Alert! How do I start getting rid of some of the useless garbage I keep saving?
you can start by throwing stuff away, as in everything. just toss it. If you feel you may need it in the future just scan it into your computer and then throw it away.
Everything over 10 yrs goes. Every year. Something in, something out.Hoarder Alert! How do I start getting rid of some of the useless garbage I keep saving?
I wouldn't throw them away, 15 years of documented transactions is impressive.
