Horrible case of stage fright?

i have a pretty good singing voice my friends and parents always said so they just said i needed some singing classes well i love singing but i have a horrible case of stage fright ive even thought of faking getting hurt so i dont have to do things in front of so many people but the thing is i cant even sing in front of my mother without going crazy there is this kind of feeling i get where when im about to do things in the public it just feels weird like im about to throw up and to add this when i think no one is looking at me even in the store ill sing if i think no one is listening but if i think some on is listening i dont sing help plz|||I totally go with Crystal's answer, however your stage fright sounds worse than what that method can cure...

so... with singing this is especially easy, how about you get your mother to sing with you. Start practicing really easy songs singing with your mum, just to get used to singing in the company of someone else.

This might be hard for you, but your mum will be focusing on her singing not you, and when someone else's voice joins yours it is a lot easier to be confident. But you will need some determination to do this okay? and set aside time to do this. This will raise your confidence bit by bit, so when you can, start doing songs which have small solos.

From there, start singing on your own in front of your mum, and then progress to a friend, then two friends etc... until you can do it in front of a singing teacher.

If you get singing lessons, a singing teacher will also help build your confidence when it comes to performing.

It might also help to speak in front of your class mates now and then if you don't already, because it sounds like you are just shy.

Start doing team sports etc... which is a lot easier than solo sports in terms of confidence. then progress onto solo sports.

You will need to get help from your parents and friends but you CAN get over this if you get help and stay determined.

Heading out in front of this audience is daunting for EVERYBODY so don't worry so much about the prescence of worry and sickness, and how much you need the toilet. Just take deep breaths and focus on the clock at the back of the hall.

Hope that helps and good luck!|||well i get this feeling while singing to and heres how to help

think the guy you like heard you sing before and likes and he's in the front row of the audince and you get on stage and don't sing he won't like you but if you do he will

it all depends on your love life|||Girl I am a pro and I have an audition with a Broadway producer coming up...and I am even a little scared.... but my trick is to picture the audience in there underwear, i know it sounds child-ish but it works!

its no big deal...everyone can get scared one in a while!!

HOPE I HELPED!
