Different veggies and fruits in stage 1?

My daughter has been on stage 1 for over a month now and she has taken to every vegetable and fruit in a jar that is out there. What other foods could she eat that I could make at home that you can't find at the store? Thanks!Different veggies and fruits in stage 1?
Avocado, asparagus, starfruit, kiwi, guava, tofu....thats all i can think of right now, I'll list more if I can think of any more.Different veggies and fruits in stage 1?
Wow you are so lucky! My son wont eat vegetables at all:( He's 8 months old now and when he was 6 months I introduced veggies first and he took them but the second i gave him fruit he decided no veggies. That's great, good for your baby. There is a very good book called Baby's Table. There are creative recipes in there that you can make for her. Cause soon you can introduce things like garlic that are good for her immune system. I make my baby a smoothie and he gets that every morning. It has frozen mangoes %26amp; blueberries, organic vanilla yogurt, water, fresh ginger, flax oil %26amp; cinnamon. Of course you can use any fruit that you like though. And substitute olive oil for flax oil as well. Blend the hect out of it and put it in a bowl and mix it with some rice cereal. It is incredibly good for them and taste great too. And you can have some with her:) All the best...
