Do they sale gerber cereal in stage 1 in the jar for babies?

ive been to every grocery store in town looking for the gerber cereal in the jar in stage 1, and all i find is the stage 2. and Im not sure if my daughter is ready for stage 2 yet, she's only 4 months old.Do they sale gerber cereal in stage 1 in the jar for babies?

Your daughter is barely old enough for stage 1. Just get the cereal in the box and measure it accordingly with formula or breastmilk.
No they don't. At 4 months old she is ready for it. I started giving my daughter cereal like that at 3 1/2 months old. Be sure she drinks a little juice watered down, to prevent constipation, and don't give her large amounts. She is ready to eat cereal, oatmeal, and juice. Gerber cereal only comes in the box or you can buy it in the jar at stage 2. Stage 2 really isn't that much different from stage 1 except for that the containers are larger. If you are that worried about it, buy the stage 2 and just add a little water or formula to make it thinner. You should have no problems. Good luck.
the cereal only comes in a box they do have stage one for fruits and veggies...oh and BTW u can solids as early as 3 months if ur baby is a big eater...and if there are no big food allergies in the family..

I started giving my daughter the stage 2 (cereal only, not other foods) at about 3 months because I could not find it in stage 1 and she hated the boxed stuff. She did very well with it. You may want to ask your child's Dr. if he/she thinks your child is ready for something like that. If nothing else, buy 1 jar and try it out, if it does alright on your little one's tummy, then you know. :)

Gerber only has fruits %26amp; vegetables for stage 1:

Fruits:

Applesauce, Bananas, Peaches, Pears, Prunes %26amp; Assorted Fruits 4-pack



Vegetables:

Carrots, Green Beans, Peas, Squash, Sweet Potatoes %26amp; Assorted Vegetables 4-pack



They only have cereal in a box %26amp; in stage 2 which is mixed with other things like applesauce %26amp; bananas or just applesauce.
