How much does a tiger salamander (or "waterdog" in the larval stage) typically cost in the US?

I have seen a few in a local pet store here in East Tennessee selling for $26. Some still have gills, others have morphed fully into adult Tiger Salamanders. Is this a reasonable price?How much does a tiger salamander (or "waterdog" in the larval stage) typically cost in the US?
I know it depends on where you're located, so that may be a reasonable price for your area (I don't know), but I work at a pet store in southwestern Ontario and we're selling them for either $10 or $12 (I forget which). When we got them they still had gills, and we sold a couple at that stage, but now we only have one left to sell, and his gills are gone now. They're cool little salamanders, aren't they?!
