What can I put on the bottom of my boots to keep them from slipping on stage?

I am a pirate in Peter Pan, and my boots keep slipping on the stage floor. Every time I try to do one of the dances I have to do or even run of stage I am slipping. Is there anything cheap I can get to put in the bottom of my boots? It has to be something that I can get at either Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Payless, or a hardware store. Because those are the only places to shop in this small town. And I have to get it before rehearsal tomorrow night. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am desperate. Thanks. What can I put on the bottom of my boots to keep them from slipping on stage?
go to cvs! or any drugstore. in the section where they sell the shoe polish they have little gray stickies that look like sandpaper for like 3 bucks. everytime i get a new pair of heels i always get these kuz i slip on the carpet in my office. i actually buy two for each shoe just to be extra careful.

**i dont know how to respond at the top...but hopefully youll see my answer down here!! no, they wount mess up the stage kuz they're like little grippies, but not actual sandpaper. the texture of it just looks like sandpaper. if you saw them in the store you would get what i mean...i cant describe it***
Are they your boots? Because this might kind of wreck them....you need to rough them up with sand paper. What can I put on the bottom of my boots to keep them from slipping on stage?
Get some non slick rug pad. Cut it to fit and glue it to the bottom of your boots. I'd use Shoe Goo to glue it.
yes you can find this at walmart or walgreens, sorry I dont know what the name for it isWhat can I put on the bottom of my boots to keep them from slipping on stage?
you can take your shoes to a shoe smith to put rubber soles on the bottom of your boots, or you can do it yourself by going to the hardware store and buying some rubber pads and some superglue and do it your self, i would cover the whole bottom section of the heel with rubber and just a small amount for the rest just to provide some tread, good luck
