Not sure what you're looking for, but sometimes you can find stuff on eBay, like rolls of tulle. Just think about how many people get married every year and then have all these wedding decorations that they don't know what to do with--lots of times they end up on eBay. Otherwise Walmart has stuff, the Dollar Store, sometimes fabric or craft stores like Hobby Lobby or Michael's (things are often more expensive there, but if you get the newspaper, watch it for sales).

for the pricier things you may need, try JoAnn and Michael's

google for coupons you can use, they tend to have 40-50% off anything coupons you can print off the internet. I used them for bridesmaid dresses material. Print a few of each, have some friends go with you and hand them out before you check out. Go to another store, repeat.
