My daughter is performing on stage with a rock band she's in, and the program coordinator is saying he wants everyone to start dressing more like rock stars. These concerts are professionally Video taped, and he just wants them to stand out. Something glittery or along those lines. I just don't know where to find any stores like that. She's very tiny. There also is usually a hottopic in the city malls you can find out where one is closest to you so she can try on the clothes.
I would also check out thrift stores to see if they might have anything that appeals to her.
They are very different when it comes to clothing, and she most def will stand out. Best of all they will have her size.
