This is kind of urgent; I have a mandatory meeting to attend and I'm in my finishing stage of the flu. My cough is still pretty bothersome and I know It'll interrupt. Cough Drops do not work; all they do is sooth my throat. If someone can give me some remedies (Home or store), I will appreciate it!.. Thanks in advance.|||There are available cough suppresants in any pharmacy. But you need a prescription and hence, a consult. This med can affect your driving as it can cause dizziness, so might not help you on your conference. Go to your MD right away.
For instant relief, might work...try strong lozenges that are really spicy.
