Asian comedian on stage in family guy or american dad ep?

idk were was this but it was like "wow this is worse than that asian comedian" and then it had this asian guy on stage w/ a hole bunch of blak ppl watchin and hes like..."im watchin u! stay out of my store! i know ur faces!" i forgot were i saw it and its killin me! help plzz|||99.9% sure it was on Family Guy


Usually Family Guys have those flashbacks
