What will get out urine stains and odors from my dog??

my dog is still in potty training stage and she still has accidents.........what if anything will get the smell and stain out?? ive tried just about everything that can be bought in stores. I'm not sure if this product will work.|||I asked the professional carpet cleaners once what they use, and they admitted that all they do for pet stains is pour vinegar and water over it. That's probably your best and cheapest bet.|||Resolve Carpet Cleaner with Oxy Clean works really well. Febrese over the area once it dries.
