Copyright on a halloween mask ?

Im in a band, and im the guitarist and i want to wear this certain mask on stage every show i play. What do i need to do so i don't get in trouble. I tried to email the store that sells it, but they never replied, and you can by the mask in many stores, its not a mask from a movie or anything like that. what do i do.|||I assume you can just wear it. If you're good, they will want you to wear it, they might sell more because of it.|||You can put a mark on it or anything then it will be your product, you will have the rights to use it. (Scratch off the brand)
