Im in a band, and im the guitarist and i want to wear this certain mask on stage every show i play. What do i need to do so i don't get in trouble. I tried to email the store that sells it, but they never replied, and you can by the mask in many stores, its not a mask from a movie or anything like that. what do i do.|||If you purchase the mask from the copyright holder or someone under a license from the copyright holder, then you are free to do with the mask as you choose, unless there is some agreement in place to the contrary. In copyright law, this is known as the first-sale doctrine.
