Copy right on halloween masks?

Im in a band, and im the guitarist and i want to wear this certain mask on stage every show i play. What do i need to do so i don't get in trouble. I tried to email the store that sells it, but they never replied, and you can by the mask in many stores, its not a mask from a movie or anything like that. what do i do.|||i would say, see if there is a resisted trademark indication or copyright indication on the mask
