Who is the comedian who plays Jim Keyes, the President of Seven Eleven, on The Late Show with Letterman?

It's that sketch where a man comes out who says he's tthe President of Seven Eleven and then saysthat by the kind generosity of David Letterman, everyone who comes into the store will receive a free gift just by saying that Dave sent them. He then joins his hands together and moves them back and forth in front of his body as an applause to David Letterman and walks off stage. Paul Shaffer then asks David Letterman if that really was the President of Seven Eleven and David answers, "I have no idea."|||He's just an actor they hired. It's utter nonsense and has no point, but it's Letterman's style of humor. I love it.
