Dog breath neutralizers around the house?

I am wondering if anyone knows of some around-the-house products I could use for my puppy's bad breath.


He's still at that stage where he'll nibble on his poo... leading to some nasty breath (if I don't catch him in the act!!).


I live in a really remote area, and won't be heading to a place where I can purchase "normal" dog-breath-fresheners until Christmas. So I'm looking for something that could be found around the house, or in a basic grocery store.

Its good for dog health.|||I don't know about breath neutralizer, but to keep him from eating his poo, you could try this. Worked on my puppy. After your puppy eats, give him a few pineapple chunks. For some reason it makes their poo undesirable.|||My mom used to take those listerine strips and tear a small peice off and stick it in our pups mouth. It dissolves quickley and lasts a long time. Worked for our dog!
