Wide Variety of Baby Foods???

Wondering from your experiance where the best place to purchase gerber baby food is. I am in the third stages and currently most places I go (walmart %26amp; kmart mostly) do not seem to carry a wide variety of the third foods...maybe only 4 or 5 choices where as when we were in the second and first stage foods stores seem to carry more of a variety of those. Where can I go so I do not have to go to three different stores just to get him several choices of baby foods??|||I think the larger grocery stores have the most variety of baby foods. You could also try writing to Gerber and asking for suggestions.|||I live in Wisconsin and Woodman's is a grocery store with a wide variety of baby food brands including (Gerber) and so many food choices for all stages. You can also try Pick n Save or Piggly Wiggly (if you have it).|||i buy a lot of my foods from Kroger. They seem to carry a lot of foods. My son hasn't started baby foods yet but i have been watching sales and buying a few jars at a time. They will be used well before their expiration dates.

If you or you know someone who can go to the commissary on a military base, they have a lot of baby foods and they are cheaper than any stores around here.|||Have you checked your local grocery store? Ours carries quite a variety.|||Why don't you just make it yourself?

Same veggies as you make the rest of the family, just steam a little longer. Buy a baby food mill online (I think mine was about 10 bucks from babycenter.com) and grind up the same meal as you're feeding your family. Easier, cheaper, better for the environment. It's pretty simple and you don't have to drive around looking for food anymore.
