Differences between sport and kids sunscreen if you're not playing real sports?

I know they're both available in every store for like every brand. But if you're like walking, driving your kids to school or a stage performance, just relaxing in the sun, and random stuff where you don't sweat at all, does it make a difference whether which one you give yourself or your kids. Is sport just a waterproof resistant kids or is it different. I would also like to know if sports was really extra waterproof for the same price, why do people still buy kids sunscreen?|||Like most topical items... the kids sunscreen usually should have less chemicals in it... kids skin is more sensitive in general then adults. Kids skin can absorb certain chemicals and cause a reaction more than it would affect an adult. The sports sunscreen is just more sweat proof. If you are not sweating it won't work any better or worse, but if you are sweating it doesn't bead off or wipe off as easily as the regular. Always test a small area on your child's arm or leg with any topical creams before applying to their entire body. Some kids are very sensitive no matter what and its better to have a small skin reaction than an all over skin reaction. Good Luck!
